it sounds like you're overthinking it. How many watts are 9 of the fans you're considering?

I would say that with 120.9, 9 fans should suffice.
That's what I run with 2 gtx470s and a cpu.
FWIW, I say get however many cards you want!! It's your build dude, go overboard! We are just trying to make sure you don't pick impractical cooling solutions and expect them to work.
