Half Life 2 at Newegg.com?

Half Life 2 is being sold at newegg in 2 versions (I think). It's going to be a christmas present to me.

There is Half Life 2 - PC Game ibox - RETAIL for $39.70 and Half Life 2 - PC Game RETAIL for $46.90.

What is the Ibox version? They both say retail, and have the same shipping cost, but I don't see any difference except for the price.

Well usually the IBox version is just the CDs in a hard DVD-type case, which doesn't include a manual, but since HL2 doesn't include a manual anyhow, I'd say there wouldn't really be a difference in the two.
