What exactly is Hard Drive Fitness? I tried googling it and never got a straight answer. I overclocked my cpu last night and got speedfan to compare to my front panel temp when i noticed this hdd thing. So i clicked it and found that my 60gb WD was doing great, then...my 80gb Seagate's Fitness is showing at not even half. Is this bad?

basically, SMART monitors your hard drive and alerts you when you get values that are out of range for what the manufacturer has stated is acceptable.

Test your seagate drive with Seatools, and rma if necessary.

To be honest with you, i wouldn't go by what Speedfan is telling you for SMART.
