Has anyone used the Dell st2421L 24" display?

Hello, I recently purchased a Dell st2421L to replace my older monitor, and it works great, However the monitor shakes like crazy, not the display but the physical monitor. Even if I put it on my dresser and not the table ( which is a little wobbly) if I even move my foot the entire monitor wobbles. Has anyone else experience similar shaking of their monitor? It seems to be connected properly to the stand. Also can constant movement and wobbling damage the screen over time? my older monitor never shook even if I stomped my feet.

i think the shaking would just be annoying i don't see it wearing out the monitor, if its too much of a pain have you thought of mounting it to like a wall or something or getting one of those tile arms maybe?
