I have a 2.1 altec lansing system...and a mic/headset thing that i use for gaming. On the front of the system there is a headphone jack and another jack that looks kind a like this (((<--))) and i dont know what it is for. The system is plugged into the pink on the integreted sound. I have no place to plug in my mic if the system is plugged into the pink jack. Also when i go onto sound record and i have just my headphone part plugged (in and not the mic part) into the front of the system it records whatever is in the backround like music but never my voice.....
