Okay my build is quite the mid end i think with 2600k CPU , H80 corsair cpu cooler and stuff

Case : HAF 922 RED
PSU : 850AX

GPU : GTX 580 ASUS DCII

Okay my GPU temperature is around 32-36 Idle mode and goes up to 70 while doing video decoding and battlefield 3 Ultra maxed settings .

How do i cool it down ???

I tried installing some 140mm fan and a two 80mm pci fan but it just wont go down more than 5c

imo 70'c is a pretty good temperature for that card.

However if you would like to reduce that I would suggest MSI Afterburner

and make a custom fan profile(seen here).

You do not have to make it exactly the same it is just an illustration.
