I have 8gb of ballistix 1333 ram split across 4 modules. ( 2gb per stick), and I am looking to get 8gb of higher quality 4gb modules x2 to make use of my mobos dual channel setup. Which ram is the one? I've been looking at corsairs vengeance 1600 line, gskills 1866 sniper line, and corsair xms3 1600 as well. Price is no big thing for me, but buying ram that can be overclocked to the moon for no reason is a waste of money. What speed should I shoot for? I use this rig for gaming and general use. I've been told that as far as gaming is concerned, yu stop seeing improvements after a certain ram speed. Which is it?
