You can have a read here http://www.overclockers.com/amd-ryzen-overclocking-guide/ This will give you some direction. Skip down to the BIOS overclocking section. That's my choice when overclocking.
In general you just raise the multiplier and test for stability with something like Prime95 while monitoring the temperatures and voltages with HWInfo64. Then add voltage when the CPU becomes unstable and won't run the test. Try to stay around 1.4 V and under 90°C
