Tho I'm not crazy about cases with doors because the door gets in the way.

My vote goes to the Black/Silver wavemaster and a Fortron 530w ;)

Black Wave master and the biggest OCZ Powerstream you can afford :D.
I have been looking around and have seen OCZ as a very good PSU especialy the 520, would it be better to get a OCZ 520 or a Antec 550?

The case should be at least 18.5" deep so that the mobo and DVD and CD drives don't overlap one another.

I definitely go for the cavalier. the faceplate is really nice and it has a 120mm in the back and screwless drivebays :-D Plus its cheaper! As for the psu, go with antec.
