Before I begin I'd like to thank everyone who has helped me thus far. So, I will be buying this board:

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=13825&vpn=LP-UT-NF4-ULTRA-D&manufacture=DFI

Which would replace my MSI K8n Neo2 Platinum

Initially I was going to keep my Neo2 and just buy a mid-range AGP card. However, I decided that going to PCIe was the best choice, and now need a video card. I was considering this one:

OR

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=16261&promoid=1046

The rest of my specs are:

AMD64 3200+ Winchester @ 2.5GHz
OCZ Dual Channel Platinum Rev.2 2x512mb @ 250MHz 3-4-4-10
OCZ Powerstream 520W
WD Raptor 74GB
*ATI Radeon 9800XT
*MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
WinXP Professional

I don't want to spend too much money, $450 being the most I'll spend on the VGA. Also, I'm in Canada, so if you want to make alternative solutions or suggestions, please use www.ncix.com

Is this a good selection? Also, will the increase in performance justify the cost? Thanks very much.

Hmm, as far as those 2 video cards, the BFG is the better choice since it already comes pre-oc'ed. However the eVGA is no slouch either and has proven itself. My vote if those were the 2 choices: I would go eVGA and save a few bux. Unless of course you don't need to save a "few" bux, then you already know which one to go for instead ;)

Either way you can't go wrong.

Thanks for the feedback! How does the rest of my system look so far? I'm aiming to maintain my current overclock of 2.5GHz on air using my new motherboard.

I know my power supply is still good (OCZ PowerStream 520W)
Memory is fine I think (OCZ Dual Channel Plat. Rev. 2) maybe look into another GB in the future?
Processor, as long as it can maintain the overclock, is fine for now. BUT:

My dad might want my old motherboard and video card, thus he'll need a processor. If I gave him my Winchester 3200+, what chip should I look into, one that's cheap and known as a good overclocker. Thanks a ton for the help.

That's what I dug up on the website.

EDIT - I just preordered the 146 Opteron S939, which seems to overclock like mad. Also, I have requested in my order not to receive a CBBGE stepping. I also sent a support ticket to NCIX asking them whether or not they will adhere to my request of not taking a CBBGE. I will post back when I hear from them about that. Here it is, at a steal price for Canadians:

Did I make an okay choice with this processor? I can always change my mind if it was a bad choice. Hopefully the price doesn't go up too much.
