Gratz!

I just want to reinforce this:

he CPU is listed on the motherboard's CPU support list and it will be fine at stock frequencies and voltages but I wouldn't count on being able to overclock it much on that board

I have the same motherboard which I have moderately modified to improve voltage regulation cooling, and a few other bits. And I cant take my wifes CPU past 3.3Ghz full load without getting throttling. Now your 4100 pulls less wattage so it wont peg the boards VRM out nearly as fast, but its not a particularly good overclocker.
