What happens to me is this: set up the mother with an OC of 4.0 GHz and then save it and return to windows, not what I have at that frequency, but varies as if a configuration in the BIOS to handle the frequency to its will, imagine it must be some of that, but can not find the option to remove it. From already thank you very much.
I leave images of the settings in the bios, and the cpu-z and coretemp where you see the frequencies.
