I'm not sure if this would work, but it seems logical. If I buy a zalman fanmate.
Than spice all the female 3-pin connectors into 1.
Just image one of the molex's is a female 3-pine, so it starts as a 3-pin female, half of the wire is going to a male 3-pine connect(control) and the other half is going to a 4-pin molex(power) and I have 3 of these wires for three of my Rosewill 120mm fans. Then I'll plug that one female 3-pin(which consists of 3 wires now)into the fanmate, and the female 3-pin that comes off the fanmate ill plug into the board. Then the 3 molexs to my power supply.
I know its confusing, but its the best I can put it.
Do you think it will work?
