HI AMD PHenom II x6 1045t Overclocking concerns

Im currently using the CPU above and a motherboard MSI 870 g 45 is it ok to overclock it. If so may anyone here show me the way to do it ? im Newbie to these thing thanks

Right as you enter this forum section is a sticky-ed thread entitled the Ultimate AMD Sticky thread. Tons of How Tos and you get into thread just a hair is the Thuban overclocking section. Once you get into it will give you terminology which is what you need to know to go to bios and adjust by name. Otherwise it just raise FSB, watch temps, add voltage to stabilize while testing with P95 Blend for stability.

USB > Usb Devices Plugged to Mobo
O/S > Win 7 ultimate
Case > Thermaltake Mid tower/Dont know /Fans Installed 1
