How are these CPU's cooled?

What CPU coolers do server boards with the CPUs really close like that use? Do they just use a bunch of case fans? It seems like 4 8 or 10 core procs would get really hot without a heatsink...

Just some cheap aluminum fin stack with high-speed fans. Something kinda like these.

They also run that many cores at a lot less clockspeed too. Less clocks, less volts, less heat. Less need for a monster cooler.

Yeah, with Xeon quads at 45W and octo-cores at 95W, the stock coolers or worse would easily be enough.
