How do I disable the graphics core in my CPU?

I ordered a case, board, cpu & mem. yesterday. The cpu is i3 2100 & it has a graphics core, will there be a option in the BIOS or will it switch of when it detects the Video card in the PCIe slot?

There will be an option in the bios to set which one to use first, yes. Also if you dont plug your DVI/HDMI/VGA into the onboard ports, it will automatically go to the next item.
