How much more heat do reg XP generate compared to mobiles?

I was wondering if a regular xp processor would work as a mobile processor??

I would love to upgrade to a 2400+ or something similar... not too high because I know they can cook.. but .. with the motherboard and stuff.. would they throttle down???


Will there be a barton mobile???
