How To Check Temperatures On Microsoft Windows 10 System

How can I check the CPU and graphics card temperatures on a system running the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system? What is the most accurate temperature measuring hardware I can use and the most reliable way to obtain the temperatures?

Hwinfo and msi afterburner are both pretty standard recommendations

Same with any other OS, get an application for it.

Reltemp for Intel or Coretemp for Intel and AMD. If you want more, use Hwmonitor or hwinfo.

hwinfo for a general overview of everything, gpu-z if you just want a quick look at GPU.
