Im using a 900D case and Im going

1. res
2.pump
3.radiator on the bottom
4.Gpu
5.Radiator on the top
6. Cpu
7. Back to the res
 
Extremely vague question, there's literally no way anyone could give you an accurate answer. Sketch it out on paper (to a given scale), and take measurements, then add a certain percentage (maybe 20%?) in case your math is off or you you cut a piece too short, etc.
 
Just buy a 10ft retail pack of tubing. Should be enough and give you some extra incase.
 
10' will be fine. It was for me and I have multiple rads and blocks spread through a Enthoo Primo (a very large case) with plenty to spare.
 
same. I bought a 10' pack of the Primochill tubing and still have easily 2 - 2.5' left.
