Check if in slots 2/4 memory isn't working better. Usually in 1/3 is overclocking worse. Next thing is that Maximus boards have memory OC profiles. Check if there is any Micron profile. It's in memory timings tab on the top.

In general 2666 15-15-15 runs at about 1.20-1.25V, 2800 requires 16-16-16 1.25-1.35V. 3000+ is not guaranteed as some sticks run higher and some lower. I had kits where 3 out of 4 sticks could make 3200 and one couldn't run at 3000.

Up to 3200 you shouldn't need higher VCCSA/VCCIO voltages. At least on this platform memory controller is strong enough to run even higher at stock voltages. Memory itself may need different sub timings or other settings and it can take some time to figure out all settings.

I got some positive results.
Can you explain me, what is better - 1.35/2840/18/18/18/39 or 1.35/3380/20/20/20/39 ?

Thank you!

So, do you think 1.35/2840/18/18/18/39 better chose?
I have 2700 in stock (1.2/16/16/16/39).
1.35/2840/18/18/18/39
1.35/3250/20/20/20/39.
Better for me comeback to 2700 with 16/16/16?

Some things (games, programs, benchmarks, etc.) like fast memory, others prefer as tight of timings as possible. I usually try for fairly tight timings with as much frequency as possible,

I suggest trying to use XMP settings first and then you can worry about manual settings later. I ran at the XMP settings for a couple months before I felt compelled to try more.

If you have a single stick of 16GB, you are missing out on dual channel memory which means you're losing a lot of performance. If you wanted 16GB total, you should have got 2X8GB. Since you already have the 16GB module, you might consider getting another one like it to match.

I see a lot of people are confused about overclocking RAM. I will start a new thread that might help.

Thank you. I tried XMP already. Just one option - 2400.
I did benchmark (Wildlands). With 3250/20/20 I got 2 more FPS when 2700/16/16 ))))
