Today i clean my pc and I pluged the wrong cpu water pump connector 4 pin to motherboard

I plug it not completely by miss1 pin , so it can harmful to my pump ?

I don't see any physical damage or burns on both the pump plug or the fan header. Plug the pump back in and be sure it's plugged in right before powering up.

Keep us posted on outcome.
 
Looks okay to me. Not sure the pump motor would do any pumping if you miss a pin like that. Potentially could cause damage to CPU from overheating but shouldn't hurt the pump.
 
Fortunately, modern computer gear is pretty tough. The odds are in your favor. I would plug it in right and see what happens. I expect you'll be OK.
 
looks like you sent 12v over the speed sensor, as long as it wasnt powered on, should be ok
