i5 2500k w/noctua nhd-14 oc tips pls

i have a 2500k with a nhd-14 sitting stock in my system
gigabyte z68 ud3x
8gb of mushkin running @ 1333 cas 9
idk how to get my ram to 2133mhz which is its capable speed

i was wondering how to overclock the cpu and ram to operate above 4ghz with the ram at 2133mhz 9~10 cas latency

Check in the ram settings in bios.
Set everything at what is specified on the modules (freq/latency/ram voltage).
