as i was adding the last entry a little bit ago, i had an idea i wanted to run by people. with the addition of SLI, do you think there should be some sort of multiplier in the ranking to make up for the fact that the user is running in SLI mode? after all, there is a pretty nice difference when you are using SLI mode. i could easily integrate it into the geforce 6's and 7's without a problem, really. and if so, what would you think the multipler would be worth? 2 times the ranking? one and a half? i'd like to get some feedback on this so if anybody has an idea, feel free to let me know.
2x is a little too high, but 1.5x is a little low...how about 1.75x?

card name: [Geforce 6600GT]
manufacturer: [XFX]
video ram: [128MB]
bus type: [AGP]
card cooling: [AIR, Stasis Thermal's Icestorm cooler]
voltage: [stock]
stock core/memory clock speeds: [500Mhz core /1Ghz Memory]
oc'd core/memory clock speeds: [550Mhz core / 1145Mhz Memory]

Not oc'd at this moment in time, having problems with overheating but i will go back to those settings as soon as i get my overheating problem solved.

card name: [Geforce FX 5200]
manufacturer: [Leadtek]
video ram: [128MB]
bus type: [AGP]
card cooling: [factory heatsink + a cpu fan on top of it]
voltage: [stock]
stock core/memory clock speeds: [250Mhz core /405Ghz Memory]
oc'd core/memory clock speeds: [315Mhz core / 477Mhz Memory]

I got the core runing at 325mhz but i got a score in 3dmark 2001 smaller then i got when using 300mhz, how is that posible  ?

The memory is Hynyx@ 5ns and no heatsink on it; I pushed it to 500mhz but i had artefacts :bang head . If i would put a heatsink on the ram would the the ram work properly at 500mhz :eh?: ?

The card has 64bits :santa: so I need to squeze every litlle increase in mhz to play the latest games decently.

The reason for that is that it is unstable, and probably has artifacts (Corrupted graphics).

yes i would run single card, and then both cards in sli mode, both test at stock clockes and see what % differance is. then use that to determine the multipler. but i really think it is, in order for the sli to have differant formula. to be fiar to the single card. althow overclocking duel cards will brobly be limited to the weekest card like ramm ocing!

myself just got an sli board and a 6600gt planning on getting another 6600gt after x-mas for: Duel volt-modded-watercooled-6600gts!

i don't know if you guys are trying to be funny or what, but if you want your card added to the database, then you will need to submit it using the form...

ok, i have finally gotten around to changing my formulas to take sli into account...
on the ranking formula, if sli is Y, then the score is multiplied by 1.75.
on the overclock rating, if sli is Y, then the score is multiplied by 1.25.

my reasoning on changing the overclock rating as well is due to the fact that there is an added level of difficulty for overclocking 2 cards instead of just the 1 card... if anybody has any suggestions for the multipliers, just let me know.
