Im having some problems with prime95

Im running prime95 and it doesnt seem to get past the first test. Not because its failing its just not going up, and i let it run for an hour. I am currently running at 245x15 on this 530. And i have seen people run dual prime how is this achieved? Because obviously i need to use both cpus.
