In Need Of Help!!!

Ok first off, im a overclock newbie and could use some help with overclocking. What is a reasonable speed my system can achieve? I would like to get around 4ghz if possible but my previous overclocks werent working and could handle prime or burn test. Here is what im working with...

CPU: AMD PHENOM II X6 1100T
CPU COOLER: COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 EVO W/2 120MM FANS (PUSH&PULL)
MOBO: ASROCK 970 EXTREME4
RAM: 8GB (4GB X 2) CRUCIAL BALLISTIX ELITE DDR3 1600
GPU: (2GB) EVGA NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 750 TI
MID-TOWER CASE: (1) FRONT 120MM INTAKE FAN, (1) BACK 120MM EXHAUST FAN
