internet hosting?

what can i do to get an email and be able to host pics and have lots of reliable storage and pay with paypal for it. is there such a thing? maybe even have my own forum also, but mainly just be able to have whatever i want on it, homepage whatever.

thanks for the link, i ended up going with a guy i know on another forum.
www.cryo-laboratory.com will be my domain. now i got to make a web sight that look like a cryo lab, wait ill just use my room. lol
