is my cooling setup defective?

my setup is this

I did a reseat with ThermalTake TG1

with a room temp of 30c, I'm getting under prime95 69-70c on load

I got a probe just in front of the fan that push air inside the heatsink and it's telling me right now 29.1c (idle)

my OC is a simple: put multi 42 and vcore at 1.255 (not stable under that)

my full pc spec is

Cooler master ATCS 840 (Black)
Noctua NH-U12P SE2
4x Noctua NF-P12-1300 120MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan
Seasonic M12D 750W

ASUS P8P67 Deluxe
Intel Core i5-2500K Processor (6M Cache, 3.30 GHz)
XFX GeForce® 8800 GT Alpha Dog 512MB DDR3 Standard (PV-T88P-YDF4)

That doesn't look defective at all. Your fan arrangement is pretty good actually. The airflow seems to be pretty balanced and directed pretty well. Given that your ambient (room) temp is 30C (mine is around 22C) I'd say your load temp of 70C is pretty damn good :thup: given your oc of 4.2Ghz
