okay.. update..
i ditched the uber 1007 bios and went with the regular asus 1007.. did the L12 trick via a pin in the socket and while i was at it volt modded my vdimm for more juice to my samsung....

it's working smooth.. i'm still get'n the "windows cannot find license blah blah" sometimes.. but i'm able to run @ WAY lower Vcores now with my OC's i'm trying so far .... i think the licens winblows stuff might be cause of... *cough - pirated - *cough..
but anyways i'm able to run @ 1.7 now stable so far what i had to run @ 2.14 to get before.. yayyyyyyyyyy...
