just built my first system with new bits & bits of my old system
k7n2 delta l (new)
fan good up to 3200 (new)
2500 barton (new) (locked)
1x1gb pc2100 (old)
2x256mb pc2300 (old)
120gb hard drive (new)
nec dvd writer
liteon dvd rom
350 psu
xp pro
i know about turning up the fsb but i dont know how far to take it
with only having pc2100 is there anything else i can turn up awell
as the fsb? any help would be great thanks

you really need better ram

as with this chipset you must set fsb/ddr ratio at 1.1

so you will be trying to run 266 ram at 333 with the cpu at default and more once you o/c

well i set fsb/ddr ratio at 1.1 & i got a blue screen
so set it back to by spd
ive got the fsb set at 175 (1929mhz)
ill try 180 in a cpuple of days when i see if this setting runs ok

well kept my ram at 266 & pushed up my fsb to 195 (2145.92mhz) stress tested with prime95 for 14 hour with no problems
