Greetings!
Kernel-Power 41 (63) issue here.
I had troubles with this error for the past few weeks. I read probably every single post and nothing helped me. I don't think it's hardware issue
I'm assuming it's something about either sound driver mix up, HDD issue
Last night I unistalled my pc (windows 7 Home premium 64bits) I intalled the basic drivers, but I had troubles with the sound driver. The Driver first said: "No HD Audio Device was found." and I couldn't install it, then I went to the Device Manager and scanned for updates/missing drivers. Installed "Hight Definition Audio" after that I had no sound, so I tried to install the driver again. It worked
Please reply,Thanks..

i have been having sound problems as well, is it onboard realtek audio that you are using?

i checked and i got a few of those errors.

if i go into sleep, the audio dies.

also i am no longer able to switch between audio devices without restarting my internet browser.

i'm going to try to rollback the audio drivers to previous version to see if it helps.

EDIT:

boomshakalaka,

rolled back realtek audio driver from version 270 to 267 and no more sound problems.

don't know if this will solve your problem, but it won't hurt to try.

List your complete system spec's in detail, including the exact model and quantity of RAM installed, the current DRAM frequency, timings, and voltage, and your current overclock if any. Also note whether the RAM is Memtest86+ stable, and if the system is Prime, LinX, OCCT, or IBT stable at the current clock.

Please, If you can make instructions step by step - would be lot helpful.
Thanks

Download a program called CPUZ this will give you all that info and then you can either post screen shots or just type it out.

When is this error showing? When you shutdown the comp? Suspend? Hibernate? I have an ongoing issue with suspend working on my laptop and I get this eventID.

It could happen anytime. When I watch a movie, play LoL (most likely), when I surf i-net.
I will download CPUZ now

I can add that I have 2 Audio Drivers right now (one of them is disabled, because it can't work and every time I uninstall it on the next restart my pc automatically installs it.)
High Definition Audio Device (Disabled)
VIA High Definition Audio

i was getting the same errors, and audio problems.
i think a recent windows update messed up the windows device installer.
i tried to disable it but it still searches for and applies random driver that it finds.
it was installing drivers for the hdmi audio on my gpu as well for my onboard audio, which i believe was causing conflicts, it started to occur when i updated my audio drivers.
must have installed its own fun driver during that brief period when there were no sound drivers installed.

what you have to do is go into device manager>system devices> disable all audio controllers.
then boot into safe mode make sure that all audio controllers are disabled.
properly install the audio driver and then enable the audio controller.
if you have multiple sound chips in your system as i do you have to leave the ones you are not using disabled, if you uninstall windows will just reinstall it.
