what is a good temp under load for this cpu?

im getting 63|65c under super pi 8mb run

is that normal? seems hot for a lil laptop cant hear a fan or anything its a vaio

i have a Dell 1530, and the core's run at 70-72 0c. thats without over clocking. These processors seem to withstand a lot of heat, assuming that Dell/ sony test them throughly at that temp / running speed.

Thats perfectly fine.

If its close to 80c thats when I would get worried. Mine personally tops out at 72c.

To know if you can upgrade, we will need more info on the laptop. Create a thread and show CPU-z screenshots to give info on the motherboard.
