Nope. You can absolutely run a PCI vid card on it.
ATI Rage cards are cheap and plentiful.

Concerning the CPU itself, what is printed on it's label?
Lots of good info there and we can tell you what you may expect from it.

A good pic of the CPU/label would suffice.

It's no good no pic on monitor. Tried everything very sad but I can run my new raspberry pi on monitor I bought . I'm still sad for nf7 though
