logitech scroll wheel problem

i have 2 computers same mb
i am using a cordless trackball with a kvm switch
on one computer the scroll wheel works right on the other computer when i try to scroll up it moves faster toward the botom of the window than when i scroll down . if any one has an idea how to fix this problem let me know . i am lost for ideas .

maybe the settings are different in windows for the mouse?

ok found the problem, the mouse cable form the kvm to the computer was not all the way in .so i gess that it was not making full contact with all the pins . sorry for all the worry

my 2nd guess was actually gonna be something to do with the switch
