Looking for a cheap video card that will drive three monitors or more

Per the title, I'm looking for a cheap video card that will drive three or more monitors. It needs to be PCI-e x16, x1, or PCI and will be going in a Dell Studio 540. This is a work system so graphics performance isn't important at all. Dual video cards are an option as well, but they need to work under windows 7 x64. The onboard graphics are automatically disabled with no override option when an other video card is present. Right now I have an ATi x1550(?) pci-e card and a radeon 7000 installed, but the 7000 doesn't work under windows 7 x64. Also, I'd prefer to find something on newegg if possible. Thanks.
