looking for a quality digital camera for an amateur with a disability

Hey guys. I'm looking for a easy to use digital camera for my mother. She has a permanent disability with her right hand, so i want to get her something that is easy to use, not very heavy, and can take decent photos. she wants to get into photography as a pass time, and maybe sell some of her shots.

A dslr is not quite what she wants to deal with, so i was looking into mirrorless cameas. Any suggestions in this department? I'd be buying this for her on mother's day.
