Malfunctioning GTX295

I would try to flash a new bios on the card maybe that one got borked somehow (only do this if your confident in your abilities).

If it's crashing even on 2D clocks, then in my opinion card is almost dead. I was doing some GPU repairs for around half of year. I'm 90% sure, that joints on the GPU are bad (not between PCB and GPU, but between GPU die and GPU pcb). Card have two cores, so probability is 100% higher, than in normal single core card
