Matrix Raid failed and all disks became offline member

hi, guys, after a reboot, all of my hard drives in the raid become offline members. I tried to switch to IDE mode, but they are not readable at all. I also tried using a bootable cd to boot into windows pe, but they are still not readable. So i am stuck here, and is all my data gone? i need help guys.

For raided drive, the system will not recognize when in IDE mode.

You will have to activate RAID mode, try the Ctrl-I while booting to enter the BIOS Intel Raid screen to see the raided drive status.

I suggest you check the cable and reseat both at mobo and drive side.
