You need the MEI/chipset drivers and maybe the LAN at a minimum. Sound if you plan on using the onboard same goes for Igpu graphics driver

Windows 10 would have those built-in I would imagine as that is a socket 170 motherboard and not brand new.

It is a Z170 based mobo (I know you didn't mean socket 170.. ) inded. One should still install the latest chipset and ME drivers from the mobo website though. I don't think there is any harm in letting windows do it, but preferred would be the latest from the source.
