Hello all,
I am starting to purchase the parts for my new build and not sure what memory is best to suit my needs.
I am a 3D concept artist primarily working in programs like Zbrush, Keyshot Render, Octane Render, Corona Renderer, 3dsmax etc.. So I'm really looking to utilize the Threadripper to its full potential.
I am looking for good RAM that will work well for my 3D and gaming needs as well. I don't plan to overclock anything as I need this PC to be super stable.
I am primarily looking at G.skill and Corsair at the moment, I trust those brands and have used them before.
I am not sure what CAS# or speed I should be looking for a workstation and gaming PC.
Any help you guys could give would be greatly appreciated -- Thanks!

Future Build specs so far:
Case - Thermaltake Core X9 Black E-ATX
MB - ASUS ROG ZENITH EXTREME sTR4 AMD X399
CPU - AMD RYZEN Threadripper 1950X 16-Core

If it was me I would get a 4x8 kit of tridentz 3200 .
But I will let the pro's chime in .
