Does anyone know if they make an adapter that goes from a normal monitor plug to rca?

I found those earlier but it said something about a break out box is there something else that needs to be bought to go with those cables?

The VGA to Component Video Converter shown at the bottom of the page would be what you need. If your video card has an S-Video output, one of these would be a far less expensive alternative.
