Is there a way to unlock these mother boards so I can OC my computer?

Nope. That chipset does not allow overclocking of the CPU (I think it does for memory). You need to buy Z590 to overclock whatever unlocked CPU you have (maybe update your signature with the new hardware?).

Any Z board will do what you want.

Exactly. In order to overclock that CPU, you need a z590-based motherboard. I wouldn't get the cheapest one out there, but most any will do.
