MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi - CPU Cooler Issue

The screws that came with my cooler (EVGA CLC 240mm) won't screw into the motherboard. One screw tightens down properly, the other 3 just keep spinning. And this is fresh out of the box. Should I RMA it or am I doing something wrong?
