Are you using this board currently? If so, what PC case are you using? It may be too small.

Most cases, well, most quality cases leave room for proper cable management, so that what you are describing is not an issue.

The previous board in the same case was an Asus board, no issues with connectors and cables. This board fits perfectly well, but there's no room between the board and the power supply, or the board and the case in the front.
It's a high end Coolermaster case.

Again, I will say that when you choose a board, you know your case, and know the layout.
you know if a board will fit the chassis, if not you choose a new board, or choose a chassis with a layout that fits what you need.
