Sorry, I was away for awhile but seems like CCUABIDExORxDIE gave you answer already. Btw, try to set Max Async Latency 7ns and Read Preamble to 5ns from BIOS. And try bioses 623-3 or 702-2.

Back down your cpu speed and test your memory again. You may even want to run your on a low multiplier to test your ram 1:1.

BREAK THROUGH - These are Redline HP3200 not XP3200 as Newegg listed them. Part number 991436. Are these TCCD??????

nope, still UTT. all redlines pc3200 are HP3200.

Odd...if it's UTT why is it only rated to 2.9? It's impossible for me to raise the vdimm above 2.9 without getting MemTest errors...

It's rated to lower voltage because it's speed binned only to PC3200 / DDR400 frequency.
