this is my benchmark off of 3Dmark11 also using gamebooster and Asus GPU tweak and pretty much maxing the overclocking out... what can i do to boost my score?

Looks like your apu is killing u as u have terrible physx scores amd combined scores.

i was wondering that or I just have slow memory it is only 667Mhz

The memory isn't helping, but mostly it's just the CPU power. 3DMark11 specifically tests the CPU and its abilities are an important part of two of the tests. Plus of course it has to feed the GPU.

If you overclock your CPU, your score will go up significantly.

what would be my best way to go about overclocking... software or bios change? would appreciate any help, website to read more about it with up-to-date info, or brief exxplanation. new to overclocking pc's

Software is nice to rough out an OC, then BIOS to set one up that lasts through reboots.
Software OCs disappear when you reboot.

ok good to know... also I have the Asus F1A75-M/CM1740 model MB.
and on newegg they are selling the Asus F1A75-M (PRO) would they be the same model or is the one I have in some way different I have been trying to research it to make sure it can be OC'ed as well as my processor which is the A8-3800 w/ integrated radeon graphics. just trying to get my physx score up some.
