I am going to build a new PC once I can get back home to Edmonton for my time off, work up in the oil sands and been here over 35 days in camp and got another 2 or 3 weeks.

I want to buy from www.memoryexpress.com and want to spend about 2k maybe 100 more, maybe 100 less.

I need to be able to play PC games and run FRAPS in 1080p and then also do video editing in sony vegas for my youtube www.youtube.com/JonJonPoPong. I don't know how long till the new AMD bulldozer comes out or if it will be out when I go for my week off. I guess since it is being released so much later than intels i7 2600 it should be faster for cheaper, one would guess. I have had AMD desktops in the past and had no issues and also had intel machines, I just want whatever CPU is the most powerful for the under $450 mark.

I need a good case for 150-250 that I can use for the future and a good power supply that will serve me well if I go dual video cards and over clock.
I would be up for over clocking my CPU as long as it would be stable (so nothing insane) so I don't know what kind of CPU fan would be appropriate for that.

For video card I am thinking nvidia 580 and then later on I could add another for SLI.

As for motherboard I don't really know what to get with that, something good for $250-300ish.

Then I need a monitor, I am thinking 27 inches with 2ms, not sure what the best one for around $250ish would be.

As for RAM whatever the best ram would be, I will most likely go with only 8 gigs for now and later on add another 8 when it becomes cheaper or I feel like spending the money.

For hard drive I would like 1 128 gig SSD, whatever the best one is for $200ish? I will get another SSD later on when the price drops closer to $1 a gig. I have a 640gig drive that I can use for video. I don't know how much hard drive speed effects FRAPS recording/in game performance.

Don't think I missed anything, I used to keep up with hardware like 9-8 years ago but have really stopped paying attention ever since, so I would appriciate it if anyone was willing to take the time to help me out.

RAM: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX33234(ME).aspx
SSD: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX35603(ME).aspx
Monitor (It's not as big as you want, but most 27" are well over $500 and if you're media editing, you REALLY want the IPS display): http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX33251(ME).aspx
Case: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX30888(ME).aspx
PSU: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX32588(ME).aspx
GPU: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX32588(ME).aspx

All set up for dual video cards in the future. Bulldozer is expected to be about the same for gaming as the 2600K, better at media editing because it's an octocore.
