Need advice for a new headset

After soldering a new jackplug onto my old one three times today, i cannot conclude else then that the microphone of my Azona headset is dead. I really need it for Skype and Teamspeak, so i'm in for a new headset.

I need:

- Quality mic
- Comfortable wearing (the azona was terrible for my ears)
- Standard 3.5 jack PC plugs
- NOT WIRELESS
- Not neccesary, but liked: good isolation from ambient sound


Willing to spend about 50€ / 65$ / 35 pound. More if it's a really good one.

I am a complete noob regarding PC headsets...please enlighten me.

Woah, i just brought my old headset back to the store and they replaced it, while knowing that i soldered on the plugs.

No need for a new one then..tho i might consider replacing the cushions on this Azona one for a more comfortable fit.
