Need good vid card to replace x850xt

I am getting a new mobo (DFI NF4 Expert) and proc (Opty170) and need to replace my ati x850xt agp card. Any good deals on a card that would be as good if not better than the x850xt? And lets try to keep it under 250 or 200 preferably.
