Need help cooling my pc

Hey i have
Asrock z68 extreme4 gen3
Nzxt phantom usb 3.0 case
Intel i5 2500k overclocked to 4.5 ghz
Sapphire Radeon HD7970 3GB

I want liquid cooling to cool my pc but don't know what to look for and what is compatible with my case, cpu and gpu.

I want something like this that will go with the blue lighting inside.
I have 8 fans running i want to try and get rid of some plus there really loud.

Looks like you should be reading the stickies in the WC forum, that's where most watercoolers start, most failures don't and it's not a good path. It's your best path to WC to read and understand.
