need help over clocking for the first time

hello i need help over clocking my dual core AMD CPU using amd over drive my HP dc5850 pc lock out the in bios clocking so im stuck with amd overdrive heres my cpu info from speccy

Good news there's a guide here that will help you with that processor.

Bad news if your BIOS is locked AMD OD probably won't give you many options for OC'ing and your average temps are 54° already which won't give you much headroom.
